An overdraft occurs when you do not have enough money in your account to cover a transaction, but we pay it anyway. We can cover your overdrafts in two different ways:
1.We havestandard overdraft practicesthat come with your account.
2.We also offer overdraft protection plans, There is an available service for CASH LINK, where you allow us to debit one account to cover items in the insuffient account.  It is a $5.00 transfer fee which may be less expensive than our standard overdraft practices. This notice explains our standard overdraft practices

We do authorize and pay overdrafts for the following types of transactions:
* Checks and other transactions made using your checking account number
* Automatic bill payments

We do not authorize and pay overdrafts for the following types of transactions unless you ask us to (see below):
- ATM transactions
- Everyday debit card transactions

We pay overdrafts at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always authorize and pay any type transaction.
 
If we do not authorize and pay an overdraft, your transaction will be declined.

Under our standard overdraft practices:
* We will charge you a NSF fee of $34.99 each time we pay an overdraft up to six (6) per day
* No overdraft fees will be assessed if the overdraft balance is less than $10.00
* No overdraft fees will be assessed on items of $5.00 or less that are paid into overdraft

Right to Revoke Consent

If you have given your consent to have THE BANK OF SAN JACINTO authorize and pay overdrafts on ATM and everyday debit card transactions, you may revoke that consent at any time by notifying THE BANK OF SAN JACINTO COUNTY as follows:
