Tell us AT ONCE if you believe your Internet Banking customer ID number or PIN has been lost or stolen or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without your permission, or if you suspect any fraudulent activity on your account. However, there are some exceptions to our liability for processing Internet Banking transactions on your account(s). We will NOT be liable, for instance;
You agree to abide by and be bound by all applicable limitations. In addition, if such failure is not intentional and results from a bona fide error, notwithstanding procedures to avoid such error, our liability shall be limited to the actual losses or damages proved.
